3. Client Obligations

Clients are required to:

- Grant necessary rights and accesses required for service performance.
- Cooperate in good faith and free of charge, ensuring information is accurate and backups are made before transmission to GLOBEZERO.AI.
- Bear any costs resulting from delays or additional work caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

4. Deadlines and Delays

Unless explicitly agreed upon in writing, all dates and deadlines are non-binding. If GLOBEZERO.AI is unable to meet a binding deadline for reasons beyond our control, we will inform the client promptly and provide a new expected deadline. In such cases, GLOBEZERO.AI reserves the right to withdraw from the agreement partially or entirely and refund any undisputed payments.

5. Terms of Use

GLOBEZERO.AI grants clients a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to use our services for the duration specified in the agreement. Clients may use limited excerpts of our services in their reports and external communications, provided they are not separately marketable. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or dissemination of GLOBEZERO.AI data or services is prohibited.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

GLOBEZERO.AI retains all intellectual property rights to the software and services provided. Clients receive a limited license to use the software as described in the agreement. Unauthorized use or reproduction of GLOBEZERO.AI’s intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

7. Liability

GLOBEZERO.AI is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Liability for direct damages is limited to the amount paid by the client for the service in question. This limitation does not apply to damages caused by malicious intent, gross negligence, or breaches of third-party intellectual property rights.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to our website and services at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users.

9. Changes to Terms

GLOBEZERO.AI may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new terms on this page.

a) When Visiting the Website

4. Data Disclosure

- Request information about your personal data processed by us according to Art. 15 GDPR. In particular, you can request information about the processing purposes, the category of personal data, the categories of recipients to whom your data has been or will be disclosed, the planned storage period, the existence of a right to correction, deletion, restriction of processing or objection, the existence of a right to lodge a complaint, the origin of your data, if not collected by us, as well as the existence of automated decision-making, including profiling, and, if applicable, meaningful information about their details;
- Request the correction of incorrect or completion of your personal data stored by us without delay according to Art. 16 GDPR;
- Request the deletion of your personal data stored by us according to Art. 17 GDPR, unless the processing is necessary for exercising the right to freedom of expression and information, for fulfilling a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest, or for the assertion, exercise, or defense of legal claims;
- Request the restriction of the processing of your personal data according to Art. 18 GDPR, insofar as the accuracy of the data is disputed by you, the processing is unlawful, but you reject its deletion and we no longer need the data, but you need it for the assertion, exercise, or defense of legal claims or you have objected to the processing according to Art. 21 GDPR;
- Receive your personal data that you have provided to us in a structured, common, and machine-readable format or to request the transmission to another controller according to Art. 20 GDPR;
- Revoke your once given consent at any time according to Art. 7 (3) GDPR. This results in us no longer being allowed to continue the data processing based on this consent for the future and

We use the widely used SSL (Secure Socket Layer) method in connection with the highest encryption level supported by your browser during your visit to the website.
